JCC’s Administrative Professional program focuses on accessible training, whether you have no office preparation or you want to enhance or update your current skills. The program emphasizes written communication in a variety of formats using industry-standard technology equipment, financial tasks, management of records and files, and various software packages. You’ll develop your decision-making and problem-solving skills while building expertise in office technology.
